- 1 Boston butt roast
- 1 onion
- 1 bottle barbecue sauce
Directions

1Place roast in crock-pot with 1/2 onion on top and 1/2 on bottom.

2Cover with water.

3Cook 12 hours or overnight.

4Drain liquid; debone and chop up roast.

6Place chopped meat back into crock-pot with barbecue sauce; simmer on low for several hours.
