- 3 eggs, beaten until fluffy
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 2 c. scalded milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. raspberries
Directions

1Brush unbaked pie shell with butter.

2Mix ingredients together, except for raspberries.

3Pour into unbaked pie shell. Place raspberries which have been sprinkled with flour on top of custard.

4Bake at 400° for 10 minutes to set crust.

5Then bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until custard sets.
