Kay'S Raspberry Custard Pie

Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, beaten until fluffy
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. scalded milk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. raspberries

Directions

    Brush unbaked pie shell with butter.

    Mix ingredients together, except for raspberries.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell. Place raspberries which have been sprinkled with flour on top of custard.

    Bake at 400° for 10 minutes to set crust.

    Then bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes until custard sets.
