- 2 cups milk
- 2 (14 3/4 ounce) cans corn
- 2 canned corn
- 3 large eggs
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) envelope cornbread-muffin mix
- 25 reduced-fat butter-flavored crackers, about one full package in box
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper, to taste
- 3 tablespoons butter
Directions

1Spray 9x13 pan with Non Stick Cooking spray, Heat oven to 350.

2In Large bowl combine corn, milk and beaten eggs, salt and pepper to taste.

3add half of package of corn bread mix and stir.

4Pour into greased pan.

5in small bowl melt butter and add crushed cracker crumbs, spread over top of corn bake.

6over cracker crumbs sprinkl;e remaining dry cornbread mix over the top.

7bake for 50 minuted or until firm and tooth pick comes out clean at 350.
