- 1/4 c. garlic powder
- 2 bunches green onions, cut up (use 1/2 tops)
- 1 large onion, cut up
- 1 lb. ham, trimmed and cut up, browned off
- 1 lb. Jimmy Dean beef sausage, browned off
- 1 can Ro-Tel
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. cracked black pepper
- 1 Tbsp. liquid Crystal pure cayenne pepper seasoning*
- 3 cans double strength chicken broth
- 1/4 c. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. cumin

1*If you like it a little hotter, use 2 tablespoons liquid Crystal pure cayenne pepper or you can use 1/8 teaspoon of regular cayenne pepper.
