  • 2 c. fresh or frozen corn
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 3/4 c. milk
  • 4 Tbsp. oleo or butter

Directions

    Mix flour, butter, sugar and salt.

    Add eggs that have been slightly beaten.

    Add corn.

    Pour in a buttered casserole. Bake for 45 minutes at 325°

    to 350°.

    Stir once after the mixture is heated through and before it becomes set.
