- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 eggs
- 2 c. whole kernel corn
- 1 3/4 c. milk
Directions

1Blend butter, sugar, salt and flour with electric mixer.

2Add eggs, beating well.

3Stir in corn and milk.

4Pour into buttered casserole dish and bake at 325°.

5Stir halfway through cooking. When done, pudding will be a golden brown.

6The mixture can be assembled ahead of time and kept refrigerated.
