  • 1 c. white corn syrup
  • 1 c. dark brown sugar
  • 1/3 tsp. salt
  • 1/3 c. melted butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. shelled whole pecans

Directions

    Combine syrup, sugar, salt, butter and vanilla; mix well.

    Add slightly beaten eggs.

    Pour into a 9-inch (deep dish) unbaked pie shell.

    Sprinkle pecans over top of pie.

    Preheat oven to 350° and bake for 45 minutes.
