- 2 gal. tomato juice
- 3 c. vinegar
- cinnamon oil
- clove oil
- 2 onions, chopped fine
- 8 Tbsp. salt
- 5 to 6 c. sugar
- 6 to 8 Tbsp. cornstarch
Directions

1Boil down tomato juice 1/3 way.

2Add onions, salt and vinegar; boil down 1/2.

3Add 20 drops each of cinnamon and clove oils. Combine the sugar and cornstarch; add slowly.

4Cook 10 to 15 minutes.

5Can in pint jars.

6Process 20 minutes in boiling water bath.
