- 1 (3.4 oz.) pkg. instant lemon pudding mix
- 4 large eggs
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. Key lime juice
- 1/2 c. canola oil
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1/4 c. Key lime juice
Directions

1In a large mixing bowl, combine cake mix, pudding mix, eggs, water, lime juice and oil. Stir and mix to blend, then beat well. Pour batter into a greased 13 x 9 baking pan. Bake in a 350° oven for 35 minutes. Let cake cool, then drizzle on glaze.
