- 3 egg yolks
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
- 1/2 c. ReaLime juice
- yellow or green food coloring (optional)
- whipped topping or whipped cream
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In medium bowl, beat egg yolks; stir in sweetened condensed milk, ReaLime brand and food coloring, if desired.

3Pour into prepared pastry shell; bake 8 minutes.

4Cool. Chill.
