  • 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 3 to 4 oz. Key lime juice

Directions

    Combine milk and egg yolks at low speed.

    Slowly add juice mixture until well blended.

    Pour into a graham cracker pie shell. Bake 8 minutes in a 350° oven.

    Cool and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, top with whipped cream or meringue and lime slices, if preferred.
