- 1 (9-inch) graham cracker pie shell
- 1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
- 4 egg yolks
- 3 to 4 oz. Key lime juice
Directions

1Combine milk and egg yolks at low speed.

2Slowly add juice mixture until well blended.

3Pour into a graham cracker pie shell. Bake 8 minutes in a 350° oven.

4Cool and refrigerate overnight. Before serving, top with whipped cream or meringue and lime slices, if preferred.
