- 4 eggs, separated
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 6 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/2 c. Key lime juice
- 9-inch baked pie shell
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Beat egg yolks until light.

3Stir in milk and juice.

4Beat one egg white until stiff and fold into the filling.

5Pour into prepared pie shell.

6Beat remaining 3 egg whites, adding sugar 1 tablespoon at a time, until thick and glossy.

7Spread meringue over filling, making sure it touches the edges of crust.

8Bake for 15 minutes.

9Cool.
