  • 3 egg yolks
  • 1 (15 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
  • grated rind of 1 lime
  • 1/2 c. fresh lime juice
  • 1 c. heavy cream, whipped and sweetened to taste

    Whisk egg yolks, condensed milk, rind and juice together until smooth.

    Pour into pie crust.
