- 1/4 cups Butter, Melted
- 1/2 teaspoons Cinnamon

- 1 whole Lime, Zested (only Use Zest)
- 1/2 cups Key Lime Juice
- 2 whole Egg Yolks
- 1 can (14 Oz. Can) Sweetened Condensed Milk
- FOR THE TOPPING:
- 2 cups Heavy Whipping Cream
- 1/4 cups Sugar
- 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract

1["Preheat oven to 350\u00b0F. In a food processor, blend all ingredients for the crust until it becomes like fine wet sand. When pinched together, the crumbs should lightly stick together. Add more butter if not sticking together. Pat crumbs evenly into a 9\" pie round. Bake the crust for about 6 minutes until aromatic. Clean food processor while crust is baking. When crust is done remove it from the oven and set it aside.""
