- 1 each graham cracker pie crust
- 1 1/2 teaspoons lime zest grated
- 1/2 cup lime juice
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 28 ounces milk, sweetened condensed
- 1/4 teaspoon food coloring
Directions

1Prepare pie shell and set aside.

2To make filling, wash limes well.

3Using a hand-held grater, grate rind of limes using the small holes of the grater.

4Extract juice from limes and lemon.

5Combine rind, lime and lemon juice, sweetened condensed milk and food coloring together gently with spoon; avoid over mixing.

6Pour into prepared pie shell and bake 5 minutes at 350F (180C).

7Refrigerate at least 2 hours prior to slicing.

8Top with whipped cream.
