  • 1/3 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tsp. water
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 c. fresh vegetables (we used carrots slices and cauliflowerets)

    Heat oven to 450°.

    Brush bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with 1 tablespoon of melted margarine.

    Beat egg and water with a fork in a shallow dish.

    Mix flour and salt in another dish.
  5. 5
    Dip vegetables into egg mixture and then roll in flour mixture to coat. Place in pan.
