- 1/3 c. margarine, melted
- 1 egg
- 2 tsp. water
- 1/2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 c. fresh vegetables (we used carrots slices and cauliflowerets)
Directions

1Heat oven to 450°.

2Brush bottom of a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan with 1 tablespoon of melted margarine.

3Beat egg and water with a fork in a shallow dish.

4Mix flour and salt in another dish.

5Dip vegetables into egg mixture and then roll in flour mixture to coat. Place in pan.
