  • 1 lb. kielbasa, cut diagonally
  • 2 large ribs diced celery
  • 1 large diced onion
  • 1 medium diced carrot
  • 2 cans white beans, drained
  • 1 can chicken broth
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 c. coarse bread crumbs

Directions

    Lightly brown the kielbasa in a Dutch oven over medium heat; drain.

    Stir in celery, onion and carrot.

    Cook about 5 minutes more.

    Add beans, broth, salt and pepper.

    Sprinkle top with the bread crumbs.

    Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until bubbling and crumbs are browned.
