- 1 lb. kielbasa, cut diagonally
- 2 large ribs diced celery
- 1 large diced onion
- 1 medium diced carrot
- 2 cans white beans, drained
- 1 can chicken broth
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. coarse bread crumbs
Directions

1Lightly brown the kielbasa in a Dutch oven over medium heat; drain.

2Stir in celery, onion and carrot.

3Cook about 5 minutes more.

4Add beans, broth, salt and pepper.

5Sprinkle top with the bread crumbs.

6Bake at 350° for 30 minutes, or until bubbling and crumbs are browned.
