- 4 king crab legs, thawed
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 sleeve saltines
- All-purpose flour, for dredging
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoons chopped chives
Directions

1Split king crab legs and remove meat.

2Set aside.

3Crack and beat 3 eggs in a shallow pie plate.

4Place a sleeve of saltines in a plastic gallon freezer bag and crush with a rolling pin until fine.

5Dredge the king crab legs in the flour, the eggs, and then the crushed saltines.

6Set on half sheet tray to reserve.

7Repeat.

8Heats the skillet over medium heat and add 3 tablespoons of butter.

9Once it foams add

10the crab meat.

11Rotate them to cook on all sides.

12Add the garlic and continue to cook until golden brown.
