  • 2 c. creamy peanut butter
  • 1 1/4 c. sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 48 milk chocolate kisses

Directions

    Stir peanut butter, sugar and eggs until well blended. Batter will be sticky. With floured hands, roll approximately 1 tablespoonful of mixture into a ball and place on ungreased cookie sheet about 1 1/2-inches apart. Bake in preheated 350° oven 12 to 14 minutes until cookies look dry and tops are cracked. Remove from oven and immediately press a chocolate kiss into the center of each cookie. Let cool 2 to 4 minutes on the cookie sheet before removing to a cooling rack.
