- 2 carrots
- 1 med. onion
- 4 stalks celery
- 1/2 stick butter
- 2 qt. chicken broth
- 1 c. a/p flour
- 1/2 t. salt
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Saute carrots, onion, and celery in butter.

2In large stock pot bring broth to a boil.

3Pour in sauteed vegetables.

4Mix flour, salt and water together to form dough, (you may not need all the flour).

5Add to broth one tsp. at a time.

6Let cook until dough is cooked throughout.
