Ingredients
- 1 medium onion (chopped)
- 1/2 cup parsley (chopped)
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon coriander
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tomatoes (sliced)
Directions

1Mix onion and parsley. It's easiest in a food processor.

2Add all other ingredients, except tomatoes and mix well.

3Place in a 9x9 pan, distributed evenly.

4Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

5Arrange tomato slices on top of meat mixture. Continue baking for 45 minutes at 350.

6Allow to cool before slicing.
