- 1 cup shiitake mushroom chopped
- 1 cup maitake mushrooms chopped
- 1 inch turmeric root grated, picture shows coarsely chopped root
- 1/2 teaspoon coconut butter
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil
- salt
- pepper
- 8 ounces water or favorite stock
Directions

1Heat coconut oil in large skillet

2Add chopped mushrooms and saute

3Add salt and pepper

4Grate turmeric root directly into the sauteing mushrooms

5Slowly add water

6Add coconut butter
-
7Stir till coconut butter is melted

8Reduce heat and simmer another 7-10 minutes.
