- 3/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 pkg. dry yeast
- 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 egg
- 3 1/2 c. flour
Directions

1Scald milk.

2Add butter, sugar and salt to cooled milk. Dissolve yeast in warm water.

3Add to milk mixture.

4Add egg and flour until mixture is pliable.

5Let rise until doubled.

6Punch down.

7Let rise again.

8Punch down.

9Form into small biscuits. Place on greased cookie sheet; let rise.

10With fingers, form hole in center.

11Fill with prunes or favorite filling.

12Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
