- 1 lb (.5 kg). butter
- 2 cups (475 ml) vanilla ice cream (sightly softened)
- 4 cups (950 ml) flour
- fruit filling
Directions

1Combine butter, ice cream, and flour until blended.

2Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.

3Divide dough in quarters.

4Roll each quarter on floured surface to 1/4 inch thick.

5Cut into 3 inch squares.

6Place 1/2 tsp (2 ml) of filling in center.

7Fold corners into centers.

8Place on ungreased cookie sheet.

9Bake at 375 degrees (200 C.) for 20 to 25 minutes until lightly browned.

10Sprinkle with powder sugar.
