- 1 large pkg. Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough
- 1 c. pecan pieces
- 1 jar caramel ice cream topping
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 c. peanut butter
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 can prepared chocolate frosting
Directions

1Heat oven to 375°.

2Press cookie dough into ungreased 9 x 13 pan.

3Press 1/2 cup of pecans into dough.

4Pour caramel topping over crust.

5In medium bowl, combine flour, peanut butter, sugar, egg and vanilla; stir with fork until well blended and coarsely crumbled.

6Sprinkle over caramel topping and press down.

7Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.

8Remove pan from oven and cool 5 minutes. Spread with frosting; sprinkle with 1/2 cup pecans.

9Freeze for 30 minutes; cut into bars.
