- pulp from approximately 12 Koosa
- 6 eggs
- flour
- salt and pepper to taste
- oil or butter
Directions

1Lightly salt Koosa pulp and let water drain out (15 to 20 minutes).

2Squeeze out remaining liquid.

3Mix pulp and eggs together.

4Add flour until you have the consistency of thick pancake batter.

5Add salt and pepper to taste.

6Spoon mixture onto a hot buttered or oiled saute pan or griddle about the size of a small pancake.

7Lightly brown on both sides.

8Serve with fresh sliced tomatoes.
