Ingredients
- 1-2 lbs. beef, cut in thin slices
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1-2 carrots, sliced thin
- 1 bunch green onions, slice thin
- 1-2 cloves garlic, mashed
- 1 Tbsp. sesame oil (or seeds)
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- pinch salt
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 1 c. wine (optional)
Directions

1Put beef in bowl and sprinkle sugar on top.

2Put in refrigerator overnight.

3Mix together carrots, green onion, garlic, sesame oil, pepper, salt, soy sauce, and wine.

4Let them set for a few hours.

5Use an electric fry pan and cook the beef with the vegetables on med-high heat.

6Serve over white rice. Note:

7The electric fry pan can be put in the middle of the dining table and everyone can cook their own beef.
