Korean Beef Skewer

  • 1 lb. New York steak
  • 1/2 lb. mushrooms
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • ??? tsp. sesame oil
  • 1 tsp. minced garlic
  • 1 bunch green onion
  • 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp. sesame seed
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tsp. rice wine

Directions

    Cut the beef into thin slices across width of steak.

    Cut the green onion into 2-inch lengths.

    Cut the mushrooms in half. Skewer the meat, onion and mushroom alternately on skewers.

    Mix the soy sauce, sugar, sesame seed, sesame oil, black pepper, garlic and rice wine to make the seasoning sauce.

    Pour on seasoning and leave 5 minutes.

    Put little bit oil on frypan and fry them until desired doneness.
