- 1 large can pineapple juice
- 4 Tbsp. sesame oil
- sesame seed (optional)
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- garlic to taste
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1/4 c. brown sugar
- 3 to 4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken
Directions

1Mix all ingredients and pour into large baking dish.

2(Save about 1 cup mixture.)

3Marinate chicken in this mixture overnight. Cook chicken on grill, brushing often with extra mixture.
