  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 4 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • flavor packet (envelope) of chicken Ramen noodles
  • 1/2 large head cabbage
  • 1/2 c. sunflower seeds
  • 3/4 c. sliced almonds, toasted if desired (peanuts, pecans or cashews can be substituted)

    Chop cabbage.

    Crumble Ramen noodles (uncooked) and add to cabbage.

    Mix in seeds and nuts.
