- 14 cup rice vinegar
- 14 cup dark brown sugar
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons gingerroot, peeled and minced
- 4 green onions, minced
- 2 tablespoons chili paste with garlic (sriarcha)
- 14 cup sake or 14 cup sherry wine
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in a jar; shake well.
