Ingredients

  • 12 cup reduced sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 14 cup rice vinegar
  • 14 cup dark brown sugar
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tablespoons gingerroot, peeled and minced
  • 4 green onions, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili paste with garlic (sriarcha)
  • 14 cup sake or 14 cup sherry wine

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a jar; shake well.

    Makes enough to marinate 2-3 lbs of beef, pork, chicken or fish (tuna or salmon).
