Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups rice
  • 1/4 cups rice vinegar
  • 3 Tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp fresh ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 Tbsp corn starch
  • 2 tsp oil
  • 2 tsp chili garlic pate ( sir racha)
  • 1 zucchini match sticks
  • 2 cups mushrooms thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded carrots
  • 1 lb ground beefs
  • 4 large eggs ( optional)

    Cook rice

    In small bowl mix rice vinegar, soy sauce, ginger, garlic, corn starch, oil and chili garlic sauce, set aside

    Cook vegetables in 3 Tbsp of water over med high for 4 mins till soft, remove from pan

    Crumble beef into same skillet

    After cooked, add sauce mix, cook 2 mins

    In separate pan fry eggs with broken yolks

    Place a mound of rice in bowl top with half a cup of meat a third of a cup of vegetables and top with egg
