  • 2 medium potatos
  • 250 grams lean ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, shredded
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 2/3 cup breadcrums
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp turmeric

    Boil potatoes

    Shred onion from the top so that it doesn't fall apart in you hands.

    Separate the onion from the onion juice.

    Discard all except for 2 tablespoons of onion juice.

    Cool down potatoes in cold water.

    Peel potatoes.

    Mash potatoes in a large bowl.

    Beat eggs in a separate bowl.

    Add beaten eggs to mashed potatoes.

    Add ground beef to onion and remaining onion juice.
