- 8 ounces surimi, chopped into small pieces (imitation crab)
- 4 12 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
- 1 (8 1/2 ounce) package corn muffin mix
- 1 egg
- 12 cup creamed corn
- 12 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 12 cup tomatoes, diced
- 14 cup milk
- 14 cup celery, minced
- 14 cup green onion, sliced
Directions

1Toss the surimi krab with 1 tablespoon Old Bay seasoning.

2Combine the dry muffin mix with the creamed corn, cheese, tomato, milk celery and onions.

3Fold in the krab.

4Generously grease a mini muffin tin.

5Fill each muffin cup with approximately 1 1/2 tablespoons of batter.

6Bake at 400F for 20 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean.

7Remove from muffin tin and cool.
