- 1 pkg. (200 g) Cracker Barrel Mozzarella Cheese, shredded
Directions

5Spoon remaining cheese mixture into plastic wrap-lined bowl; cover.

6Refrigerate both bowls several hours.

7Unmold cheese mixture from plastic wrap-lined bowl onto serving platter about 15 min.

8before serving to resemble igloo; remove plastic wrap.

9Place the remaining cheese mixture next to mold; shape into tunnel entrance for the igloo.

10Score surface of igloo with sharp knife to resemble blocks of ice.

11Let stand at room temperature until slightly softened.
