- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 c. sauerkraut, drained
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1 egg, beaten
Directions

1Brown meat and onion.

2Heat together sauerkraut and margarine. Fill greased 1 1/2-quart casserole with alternating layers of meat mixture, kraut and rice.

3Mix together milk, sour cream and egg; pour over top.

4Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
