  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 c. sauerkraut, drained
  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1 c. Minute rice (uncooked)
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1 egg, beaten

Directions

    Brown meat and onion.

    Heat together sauerkraut and margarine. Fill greased 1 1/2-quart casserole with alternating layers of meat mixture, kraut and rice.

    Mix together milk, sour cream and egg; pour over top.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
