  • 2 c. kraut, seasoned with bacon drippings
  • 1 c. self-rising flour
  • 3 Tbsp. cold water
  • 3 c. boiling water
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Mix flour, baking powder, egg and cold water well and drop by teaspoons into boiling seasoned kraut.

    Cover.

    Turn heat to low and cook 10 to 15 minutes.
