- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 3 Tbsp. cold water
- 3 c. boiling water
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. baking powder
Directions

1Mix flour, baking powder, egg and cold water well and drop by teaspoons into boiling seasoned kraut.

3Turn heat to low and cook 10 to 15 minutes.
