  • 1/3 c. vinegar
  • 1 large jar kraut, drained
  • 1 c. purple onion, chopped
  • 1 c. carrots, shredded
  • 1 c. celery, diced
  • 1 c. green peppers, diced
  • 1 c. sugar

Directions
