- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 lb. chopped dates
- 2 c. Rice Krispies
- 1 c. pecans
- coconut
Directions

1Melt butter and sugar over low heat.

2Add egg, dates and vanilla.

3Cook for 10 minutes, stirring frequently, then stir in Rice Krispies and chopped pecans.

4Allow mixture to cool enough to handle.

5Roll into balls and then roll the balls in coconut to cover them.
