- 5 cardamom seeds
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 12 cup granulated sugar
- 14 cup heavy cream
- 1 12 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 dash nutmeg
- 14 cup butter
- 1 cup sifted flour
Directions

1Crush cardamom seeds after removing from pods.

2Gradually add sugar to beaten eggs and beat until fluffy.

3Add cream, vanilla extract, cardamom, nutmeg and half of the butter.

4Beat until blended.

5Add flour and mix until smooth.

6Add remaining butter and mix well.

7Place 1 level tablespoon of batter in center of preheated krumkake pan.

8Close lid and cook until lower side of cookie is light brown, about 3 minutes.

9Remove cookie from upper half of iron with a spatula.

10Roll while still hot around the handle of a wooden cooking spoon.

11Cool.

12Store in airtight metal containers.

13Serve plain or fill with whipped cream just before serving.
