- 4 ti leaves
- 1/2 c. coconut milk
- 2 c. grated raw taro
- 1 1/2 c. raw sugar
Directions

1Line an 8-inch pan with foil and then with ti leaves.

2Combine taro, milk and sugar.

3Mix well.

4Pour into prepared pan with ti leaves.

5Cover pan tightly with foil.

6Steam 5 to 6 hours or cook in pressure cooker for 2 1/2 hours. Cool and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces.
