- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Soak beans overnight in water.

2Cook beans slowly until the skin comes off.

3Mash beans until soft (like mashed potatoes) in strainer, placing pan under strainer for the bean pulp and water (run faucet water through strainer to help wash pulp down). Strain beans until only skins are left in strainer.

4Throw away the skins.
