  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3/4 cup Chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup Chopped celery
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 2 cup Diced potatoes
  • 2 Carrots diced
  • 2 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp Ground pepper
  • 1 tsp Dill weed
  • 16 oz Canned salmon bones removed
  • 12 oz evaporated milk
  • 1 can Cream style corn
  • 3/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

    Melt Butter in large pot over medium heat

    Saute onions celery and garlic powder until onions are tender

    Stir in potatoes carrots broth salt pepper and dill

    Bring to a boil and reduce heat

    Cover and simmer 20 minutes

    stir in salmon evaporated milk corn and cheese

    Cook on low until hot and cheese is melted
