- 2 tbsp Sunflower Seeds
- 2 tbsp Chia
- 1 tbsp Almonds
Directions

1Grind each ingredient individually in a coffee/spice grinder.

2Mix everything in a sealable container and shake to mix.

3Store in the refridgerator.

4This is based on the 'liver cleansing' LSA mix with the addition of Chia.

5It can easily be doubled etc.

6Made fresh it is so much tastier than the bought mixes that can easily be rancid when purchased.
