  • 3 Tbsp. Bird's Custard Powder
  • 3 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2-1/2 cups milk
  • 1 cup thawed Cool Whip Whipped Topping
  • 1 tsp. ground cardamom
  • 1 banana, sliced
  • 1 apple, peeled, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $0.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 pear, peeled, chopped
  • 1 navel orange, peeled, sectioned Safeway 1 lb For $0.79 thru 02/09

  • 1/4 cup Back to Nature Trail Mix - Almonds, Raisins, Cranberries and Pistachios, chopped

    Prepare jelly as directed on package; pour into 8-inch square dish.

    Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

    Meanwhile, mix custard powder and sugar in medium saucepan.

    Gradually stir in milk.

    Bring to boil on medium heat, stirring constantly.

    Pour into medium bowl.

    Refrigerate 2 hours or until chilled.

    Cut jelly into 1/2-inch cubes.

    Whisk Cool Whip and cardamom into custard mixture.
