- 1 Egg white
- 25 grams Sugar
- 25 grams Cake flour
- 1 Powdered sugar (if you are eating as is)
Directions

1Put the egg whites and sugar in a bowl and whip well, until it forms stiff peaks.

2Add the egg yolk in the bowl and mix.

4Switch to a rubber spatula, sift in the cake flour and fold it into the batter.

5When the flour is folded in nicely, preheat the oven to 150C.
