- 10 to 12 lamb chops
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 4 tsp. vinegar
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 tsp. butter or margarine, melted
Directions

1Combine tomato sauce, vinegar, onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt in a large bowl.

2Marinade chops for 1 hour. Remove chops; reserve marinade.

3Pat chops dry with paper towel. Panfry chops in melted butter until brown and tender.
