- 2 stalks celery
- 1 medium onion
- 1 medium apple, peeled
- 3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 2 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
- 1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 tsp. each: Worcestershire sauce and seasoned salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 c. hot lamb broth, chicken or beef bouillon
- additional bouillon or milk for thinning
- coconut for garnish
- 1 c. rice, cooked according to package directions
