Lamb Kofta Spaghetti

  • 2 cup spaghetti noodle
  • 2 cup Italian plum tomato and juice
  • 3/4 tbsp red wine vineger
  • 1 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 cup dice fresh coriander and stem
  • 1/4 tsp dried oregano
  • 2 cup cooked lamb kofta pls refer to my recipe or any cooked leftover ground lamb

    bringa pot of water to a boil then simmer down add salt and spaghetti for 8 minutes till spaghetti noodle cooked

    LAMB SPAGHETTI SAUCE

    FOR THE LAMB KOFTA PLEASE VIEW ATTACHMENTS BELOW

    pan grill lamb kofta till brown and cooked then drain and set aside
  5. 5
    pour 1 can of Italian plum tomato and sauce onto pan
  6. 6
    add spaghetti sauce seasoning and bring it to a boil
  7. 7
    break cooked lamb kofta into crumbs and stir into spaghetti sauce and off heat
