Ingredients
- 250 ml very warm water
- 5 ml sugar
- 15 ml yeast
- 15 ml oil
- 5 ml salt
- 3/4 qt. flour (approximately)
Directions

1Dissolve sugar in warm water.

2Add yeast and let sit 10 minutes.

3Add salt and oil to yeast.

4Gradually mix in enough flour to make a soft dough.

5Knead dough for 3 minutes.

6Roll dough into a rectangle 1/4 of an inch thick.

7Cover and let stand 20 minutes.

8Cut dough into serving size squares and poke holes with a fork.

9Fry in 1/2 inch of oil over medium heat.

10Turn over when browned.

11Drain on paper towel.

12Rub with a fresh garlic clove and sprinkle with salt.

13Serve warm.
